Rosters rebuild from scratch each week. Your athlete learns to play with different styles: fast guards, big finishers, shooters, hard-nosed defenders. By week four they read teammates they have never played with.
Every game has a focus rule we install before tip. Everyone touches before a shot. Every possession starts with a ball screen. The constraints force the habits we want to build.
Four players per team, one resting. Every two minutes a sub flies in without stopping play, which forces communication, transition reads and decisions on the fly.

Real coaching needs small numbers. Once a division is full you go on the waitlist.
